Kamil Sauvage 25 is our Antwerp wild brew. A unique specialty beer that we brew in winter and according to the traditional method in Antwerp.
The beer starts with a turbid mash, a generous portion of wheat and home-grown hops, and is spontaneously fermented overnight. It has slowly matured for two years in a single, French oak barrel.
Kamil Sauvage 25 has a unique, delicious sour taste and was bottled by hand, unfiltered and exclusively in 75 cl bottles and refermented in the bottle.
