Refund policy
Right of renunciation, returns and refunds
In accordance with the law of 14 July 1991 of the Belgian law on commercial practices and the protection of the private life of the customer and the amendment to this law of 25 May 1999, the customer has the right to notify the seller within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product that he wishes to renounce the purchase without having to pay any compensation and without having to give a reason for doing so. The right of renunciation is, of course, only valid if the product is actually returned within 7 working days after the client has informed BVG that he or she wants to renounce the purchase. The returned product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Any return of which the sender cannot be identified will be refused. As soon as the 7 working days have elapsed, BVG is no longer able to accept the return, and the return will be returned to the sender. The customer has to pay the shipping costs for the return himself/herself. The refund will take place within 30 days after receipt of the return by BVG on the condition that all conditions as described above are strictly met. In any case, the amount that will be refunded will never exceed the amount actually paid by the client. BVG will send an e-mail the moment it receives the return and the moment it has asked its bank to make a refund. The right of renunciation can also be exercised after the purchase has been made, but before the order has been sent. In this case, the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation of the order.
