Kamil Sauvage 23 is a unique specialty beer that we brew exclusively on a small scale and seasonally. The base beer, brewed with a generous portion of home-grown wheat and hops, has matured for five months in a French oak barrel. During ageing, we added a generous amount of fresh raspberries and white grapes, both home-grown, giving the beer a lovely, light oaky note, along with a slight sourness and a pleasant fruity aroma.

Our beer is carefully bottled by hand, unfiltered and unpasteurized, in Antwerp's Zuidrand region, exclusively in 75 cl bottles. Absolutely nothing else is added, not even yeast or sugar in the bottle.
