Forest Dry Gin Winter

The Forest Dry Gin Winter is a hand-distilled gin that we offer directly from the producer in Normandy.

This wintery edition is spicy and herby, with an extra dose of juniper berries. At a whopping 45% alcohol, you'll never be cold again. This gin is beautifully balanced , with the juniper berries taking center stage. Gradually, you'll also notice the citrus notes coming to the forefront.

After maceration and distillation, sufficient time is taken to allow this artisanally produced spirit to mature properly, allowing the exceptional aromas and subtle flavours to blend beautifully.
