Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
In accordance with the Belgian law of July 14, 1991, regarding trade practices and the protection of consumer privacy, and the amendment to this law of May 25, 1999, the customer has the right to notify the seller within 14 calendar days of receiving the product that they wish to cancel the purchase, without being liable for damages and without having to provide a reason. The right of cancellation is, of course, only valid if the product is actually returned within seven (7) business days of notifying BVG of their intention to cancel the purchase. The returned product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused. Once the seven (7) business days have passed, BVG will no longer be able to accept the return, and it will be returned to the sender. The customer must pay the return shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 30 days of BVG's receipt of the return, provided that all conditions described above are strictly met. The refunded amount will never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer. BVG will send an email notification upon receipt of the return and when it has requested its bank to issue the refund. The right of withdrawal can also be exercised after the purchase has been made, but before the order has been shipped. In that case, the refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the order cancellation.
