After tying up and pruning in the spring, the first hop cones emerge in June.

The flowers lose their filaments and grow into beautiful, green, round bells.

In the month of August, numerous hop cones dominate the entire plant.

The hop cones of our Magnum grow into cones with a length of up to 10 centimeters.

All hops are picked by hand.

Immediately after picking, the hop cones are dried.

The freshly picked, still green hop cones are immediately used to make crisp, fresh beer.
