Early in spring, preparations are made in our hop field.

The spring sun propels the boisterous hop shoots into the air.

Even before summer begins, beautiful spring flowers bloom among the foliage.

During the warmest months of the year, the hop flowers grow into beautiful hop cones.

Our hop plants grow in bushes and form a growing wall of cones every year.

The harvest begins in September. Everything is hand-picked to ensure only the best cones are harvested.

During the hop picking days, a new beer is sometimes tasted.

The freshly picked hop cones are collected for the first new brew of the season.

The majority of the harvest is dried and vacuum packed to ensure sufficient stock for the remainder of the brewing year.

During brewing, we use green bubbles in the boil, and then green bubbles again during fermentation. It doesn't get any fresher than that!

Our freshly picked hop cones go straight into the brew kettle.
