Early March 2025: the first sign of life.
April 4, 2025: All five of our varieties have started. As usual, our Saphir is leading the way and will be ready for harvest first.
Our Cascade is the first in line, it has now developed three crown roots.
Magnum is perhaps the strongest plant in our field, it forms the largest leaves and the largest hop cones.
Saphir takes the lead, having started less than a month ago, he has already grown almost 2 metres tall.
Many of the new English cultivars launched in the 1970s are recognizable by their dark red tendrils. Our Target is unmistakably one of them.
