Forest Dry Gin - Summer

The Forest Dry Gin - Summer is a hand-distilled gin that we offer directly from the producer in Normandy.

This Summer edition produces a very dry and lively gin, with a distinctive flavour of blood orange and bergamot blossom, finishing with a pleasant ginger note.

"The fresh herbs that are being used in the Forest Dry Gin come primarily from our own organic herb gardens. First we macerate them, next we distill them, arranging the herbs in two layers at the top of the still boiler to produce extra intense aromas."
